Most of the Canadian B3 and B4 had front mud flaps from factory. Even the Coupe quattro (with different fender lines).

No it's an S2 that has been RS2ed (cit.)

But where i live...
If you get mud flaps for your car you should also source...
An hat
A proper astrakan coat that you must wear while driving (this together with the hat it's compulsory)
A room in an hospice (this it's not compulsory but if you're after mudflaps you definetely have one already for ages)
