  • How to remove coupe rear window rubber?

My black coupe is in for paint and need to remove the rubber that runs along the bottom of the rear window, how is it held on?

I have done it long time ago but as fare as I remember obviously going to have to gently pop out the glass and that rubber along the bottom of the window it's a part of the whole seal.it's held right in the corner by the stud and 10 mm nit . You're have to take some trims out from inside of the car .i will try to send some photo.

As above. Rivets out, window out, rubber comes off in one piece
I may have spares somewhere if you need them
Paint shop should do it for you, place I used didnt as I saved money by breaking car down myself-but they took doors wings and tailgate off as part of the job

Thanks both for the all the info, that's a real help.

Good to do/find out as much as possible to save the paint shop breaking anything was the plan and to save on the labour too.
