windows dont close when the car i lock the car

Anyone have a clue why my car now don't closed the windows when i lock the car with the alarm remote, just rise one inch, if i unlock and lock again, the window rise 1 inch again instead of close the windows to the top...
Any clue???

Do you have after market alarm ???
had a problem like that turned out to be small controler from my alarm ( a small box
in one of my doors ) not sure if that funcion is standard on the car from new , normally
comes with after market alarm

Problem solved (i think)

I switched off the alarm with the key with the windows open, and then, i closed the door and the windows, switched on the alarm, and voilá!

Dont know if this operations are needed but for now, it works!
