I've used these folk recently, no issues and very fast delivery. http://www.mijexhaustparts.com/

You will need a TIG welder or a Mig with Argon and stainless wire to make your own system. Go for V bands at the joins, it makes it a damn sight easier to put on and take off the sections.

I pay'd that amount only for the silencers. + stainless pipe and bends + 2-3pcs V-bands + flexi + catalytic converter + one 20L bottle of argon etc... My exhaust is 3,5-4" though.

                    Your Argon must be cheap

You will also need access to a ramp if you are to do this yourself. It's not a job for doing at home on axle stands.

Well I mean only that much for the silencers. Everything else is extra. Filling a 20L argon bottle here cost ca. 120e.

I did my exhaust with the car on jack stands. Not the easiest way to do it, but it can be done. Here is few pics of the build if you want to see: http://koti.mbnet.fi/pro-ht/Audi_URS4/exhaust-urs4/

Burton power it's next door from me, but i think they are very expensive, last time i was there for exhaust wrap or someting and been charged nearly double. But i have ago and see what they offer.
