Yeah and I find they don't cut very accurately and you are left with some fettling to do for a nice fit-up

I have a big belt linisher that takes 100mm x 2000mm 60 grit belts, it's useful for doing exhausts, manifolds and pipes, you find yourself using it instead of the grinder for dressing things up. You can also flatten off any manifold flanges after welding. The ONLY S2 Golf!

I have a big double bevel rage saw. Unless it's a really new blade it gives a very hot and dodgy cut. It's also American so blade bore is 1" which is a pain for new blades apart from genuine for like 40 quid. Im making that jig for my next exhaust. I was using a grinder and then holding ends on flat of a grinding wheel to get flat.

Just in case anyone else has been trying to figure out, this is the Funk song they played up to part 11. Actually i'm kinda dissapointed that they changed the funk in the last episode.
