    Recaro Furniture

Thought I'd make use of the spare pair of seats I have so decided to mount one on a frame so i could put it in the front room or at a computer desk etc.
I wanted to retain the original mounting points that fix to the car so machined up some rails from billet aluminium, the legs are 2" round bar, anodised black then nylon bungs pressed into the end of the legs.
The pics will explain it better.

Think I'm going to mount a small battery underneath somewhere so the electrics can be used.

                        haha, very cool
Why not wire them to a mains plug with a 12v transformer?
Those motors will draw some current I think

Yeah something like that, electrics aren't my strong point.
