You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
Before I take this to the main stealer I thought i'd ask. The wifes Y-plate Polo GTI climate control only pushes out icy cold air irrelevant if i set it to hot. Tried all the fuses, non blown, after this the airbag light now stays on.
It's sounds like the temperature control flap motor is dead or playing up. It's the red one under the blower motor/airbox housing. As it's climate though you can pull fault codes of it with Vag-Com so might be worth a go first just to be sure.
As for the Airbag light, again that could be put out with Vag-Com but is probably best left to a main dealer to sort as some of the newer airbag controllers don't like Vag-Com. At around £260+VAT it's not something you want to break.
