    Aircon drain hose?

    Hi
Just have a theory that my A/C drain hose might be blocked as I'm getting condensation in the car after the A/C has been switched off and the car has stood for a while.

Where does the drain pipe drain and is it common for it to block? If so is it easy to rectify?

    Any BTDT advice?

It's normal to have some condensation after using the A/C. If it's excessive the hose might be blocked. In this case you shouldn't see water under the car.

The hose end is near the RH tranny mount near the downpipe.

I haven't seen the tell-tale puddle recently that's true. Will have a look see if it's blocked. Should it be clearly visable from underneath?

i would think that the passenger footwell would be soaked if the drainpipe was blocked , if it is blocked you may have to strip evaporater assembly to clear the driptray etc, if you are lucky you could just blow some compressed air up the pipe to clear blockage
