    Noisy fan

    My heating/AC system seems to be working pretty well, but the fan is pretty noisy, both with the AC on and the AC off.
    Can these be changed easily? Any BTDTs? How much for a replacement fan, or has anyone got any spares?
    Ex S2 owner, now running around in an A4 Avant quattro...

    Ditto mine makes a right racket at slow speeds and the usual racket at high speeds. I think my bearings are dry

      Mine doesn't have a pollen filter, if yours has then may Isuggest changing it. Made a big differenc on the Mondeo.

      Take the fan to pieces and oil the bearings. Only take a day to do!!
