    Weird BLOWER issues.

I removed my blower motor today and connected straight to the battery and it runs lik ea champ. I tested the leads and they say 13.5 volts. But when I plug the blower motor in the blower motor does not run... Any suggestions? Thank you.

If you have voltage to the motor, what is the earth like, do a continuity test between the negative cable on the motor plug and the bodywork

When I tested the leads under load the voltage drops down to 3.5 volts and when I turn the ac on high the volts drop to 1 volt. Do you think it's a ground issue? Where is the ground I should check?

unde the LHD cars, the ground leads are conekted(writes so??) in a flower metal unit under( in) the dashboard , in 1 singel scew(""@@/ยค!!) i think the leads are grey( brown).... from the relay, to the ground........

All the speed control is in the negative side of the motor so you won't see a good connection from the motor negative to the bodywork, howver a good start would be to remove the motor negative lead and then connect the motor negative terminal straight to the bodywork at which point the motor should run at full speed.

Have a look at the schematics on S2central.net and start working through resistor packs, thermal fuses etc.

could it be the resistor pack has blown?
