Noisy AC pump????

Hi peeps....dont know if anyone can help but have found my ac pump has been getting a little noisy
Removed the v belt to find either the bearings or the clutch is on its way out.Spin the pulley and you get a definate grinding noise.
Is there a repair kit available? or do i need to find a Ac wizard?
Have left the v belt off at the mo...alot quiter...but need to get it sorted asap.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

mine was like that when the wrong amount of oil/freon was used.After i had it recharghed eveyrthing went back to normal. Either way it could be that the pump is giving up after all these years.I see that the ebay.de has ac pumps quite cheap.

depending which model 3b/aby i have one sat on the bench which i think was absolutely fine after all lol
