the air con is working , but it does nt blow well out of the side vents ,the front ones ework really well is it normal?

I'd say the centre vents are slighty stronger than the sides. All of the face level vents are fed from the same outlet in the blower motor housing BTDT, but the side ones have double the distance to travel to the vents.
You could remove the side vent grilles (pull out) and check to make sure the big air tube that goes on the back is on properly. I would think it will be as there is a mother of a spring clip holding the pipe to the back of them!! Anyhow, doesn't cost anything to do so why not pull the grilles out and check.
