    no heat in S2 3b

    Hello,

    getting trouble with heat

    i've this :

and warm water is going inside # 14 on the picture below (i've checked and i can burn my fingers on the hoses) :

So where could be the problem please ?
is there a flap or something that can avoid warm air to go inside ?
A friend of mine told me about a little switch near footpassenger side for "winter/summer"
    I can't find it

    thanks guys !

You can probably move it with your fingers, it's at the front bottom corner of the heater box by the passenger footwell which will let you push it to max heat for now but to get at it to repair it will almost certainly mean taking the dashboard out, followed by the heater unit.

There are several posts in this section of the forum showing how to get the dashboard and heater unit out.

            hello,

            other clue !
I ask the clima for its error code and I found these :

            canal 1 code error 7 & 15 :

07 Feedback potentiometer on adj motor for temp reg flap, V68 (interruption / open) Check temp regulating flap servo motor V68 (w/ feedback potentiometer) SEC D8-190

15 Adjustment motor for temp reg flap V68 (with feedback potentiometer) is set improperly. Check temp regulating flap servo motor V68 (w/ feedback potentiometer) Sec D8-190

any info about these ? location and how to check/change them ?

it could help someone so I put thelink that helped me out : http://www.quattro123.com/Audi200ClimateControl.htm

              Hello !
              want to give you feedback
All is ok now, heat is so good in winter

              2 problems solved :

              - some wires were not well plugged
              - motor from the heat flap was blocked in closed position, some little knocks on it and I can hear it now moving after changing temp on climate control

Hope It would help before removing dashboard

Passanger side, on the left, you have to remove the central console to access it
it is above a little plastic white trigger

In 2009 winter my 3b didn't gave heat.
A friend of mine told me to do this,I did it and it worked:

-under the bonnet there are 2 pipes that goes into the car, with worm water
-remove the 2 hoses from the pipes
-put in about 10 liters or more of water,to clean the dirt that is inside
-when finished, put a air compressor to pull out the water that is inside, all of it
                          -put back the 2 hoses
-put Antifreeze in it,to the level.

                          Hope This Helps.
