Auto climate control in an URS6

My air blower wont demist the windscreen anymore and I am only getting air though the passenger vents no matter what setting i select. Any ideas what I should do before iI start ripping everything to bits.

I don't think you really have a choice other than taking it to bits.
However, I'd read the error codes from the climate control first. It should tell you what is wrong in this case.

      You have 2 problems.
1: is the return spring from the recirculation flap broken..this gives you the demist problem.
2: flaps motor damaged or blocked.
As Prj said...check the codes first and the return spring...under the glovebox!
      Regards!

Ours has a similar problem, and when ever it logs a problem with a positioning motor it seems to disable it. However if you clear the code and run the output tests a few times to exercise the motors it will come back to life and work fine for a while. I just need to work out which part it needs and how to fit it without removing the dash...
