on a Manual CC 95 90? The middle vent vents get hot air but the side ones vent cool. There does not seem to be any blockage because the amount of air coming through is the same as each other. What causes this? The engine will be at normal operating temps but the air will be tepid to cool on the side vents but nice & toasty on the Center ones. What am I not seeing or doing correctly? Is there a flap that has come loose behind the dash. maybe a wire rod connector is loose and does not stop the flow of cool air to the side vents?
I have Hot air at the center vent but cool at the sides..why?

There isn't an easy answer to this because the way the heater works is that all air coming through the system goes through the heater stage first before then going past the diverter flaps to screen/feet, centre outlets etc. so in theory the conditions you describe can't happen as all air coming out the heater should be at the same temperature.
My guess is that the feed to the centre outlets isn't connected to the heater unit (it's a poor plastic moulding and should be held by 2 nuts but perhaps wasn't reconnected properly the last time your dash was out) and cold air is being drawn in at the gap and then passed to the outside vents. Suggest you remove the centre vent louvres - they just pull out - and see if everything behind is connected up with no gaps.
