They'd all have to be the same in design, as I'm not too up on s2 bits I'd need a hand from everyone for the best dimensions, core thickness whatever ports etc are needed. The aux rad etc with a threaded bung wouldn't be a problem.

First port of call is to sort a technical drawing so I can get a proper price for it. Here's one I found on google, look about right?

Jesus I went to see them on Saturday at Wembley branch and they told me they don't do the £74 quid ones any more and they are special order.
I have trade account with them and this is what I paid 1.5 year ago.
Will give them call again tomorrow.
              Cheers

                      why put a bigger radiator?
i have a b2 coupe quattro 20vt rs2 setup and have never had a problem with the origional copper radiator about cooling!
I do placed some air guides so that the air is being forced through the radiator and i also placed a 2 speed radiatorfan from a golf mk2

The car was going to run GT35 without additional rad. At the end I have manage to get cheap one from ECP.

I have used them for the rad in the berg cup car and Micky had them make the rad and intercooler for his 200.
