this problem isn't big deal for those who're living in europe.We have found this 's the big issue on us.I'm living in Asia.the weather is 35-45C 8/12months.Any UrS6 in my country experiences the same problem under the very hot day and stuck in the traffic. some cars got a/c cut off issue.I fixed this issue by removing the viscous coupling fan and installed aftermarket 16" pull type fan instead.the a/c cut off issue is now gone.I had replaced 5 a/c compressors,condenser,valve,etc but when the car stuck in the traffic for a long time.it 's not blowing cold air.it ain't that bad on the winter or raining day but on
summer season,it's crazy.i believe the problem is coming from the a/c compressor itself .i have talked to the urs4/6 owners here in my country.All of them has the same problem.My plan is going to convert a/c compressor from Zexel to Nippon Denso on some later models ie, C5.i can fabricate the inlet/outlet fittings but need to know which a/c compressors required least modification on the mounting bracket.
