    Question about c4/urS without airconditioning

I'm deleting the a/c on my urs6 and I bought the shorter serpentine belt
but my question is do you guys in Europe have different mounting brackets
for your alternators or power steering pumps than the north American aircon
cars? My car has a huge bracket on the driver side for the a/c compressor and
alternator to attach to. I'm wondering if there's no a/compressor maybe there
was no need for this huge bracket? Or are they all the same? Thanks for all the
    help guys.

To note there are two large brackets over the (intake side of the engine). The one shown below is for the press-in viscous fan bearing and A/C etc. There was an earlier version for the UrS4s and early UrS6s that used a bolt-on bearing. I documented the change in this visous fan bearing post
Viscous Clutch Fan Bearing Info and Clarifications: http://forums.quattroworld.com/s4s6/msgs/33332.phtml

As noted in this diagram, you can see the A/C and non-A/C serpentine belt pns. With Item 2 you can see a different PN for the bracket with and without the A/C compressor.

Here is the non-A/C 046903141C bracket from audi tradition

THe bracket shown below is very likely the 046903141D

Here is another view of a 046903141D with the press-in vicous fan bearing:

The other bracket is Item 7 below for the tandem PS/PB vane pump. The serpentine belt tensioner attaches to this bracket. No differences bewteen A/C and no-A/C.
