  • repairing the pressure line of ac

    i have disconnected the airco condensator from the pressure line to the compressor but the screw thread was completly away. i had to cut the nut in to pieces for disconneting the line. does anybody now if the line can be reapaired with a new nut?

    Hydraulic specialist should be able to assist, I got all my lines remade a few years back from Pirtek but must be a local country equivalent who can help

      If you have someone good at crimping hoses( industrial, for truck ) you can fix it. First you make a mark on hose and pipe to know the right position for crimping. After that you put a new nut ( probably from a a4, a6 ac hose) and crimp it . Job done
