There is a water drain from the heater box up by the ECU. Its used for draining off the condensation from the evaporator. Its on the trans. tunnel side of the car. Its a pipe about 1" in dia. Mine came off once and soaked the carpets. Now its clipped back on.

Tom, found that hose and cleaned it out. It was full of dirt and totally blocked. I think the moisture had built up inside the evaporator casing so much it was spilling out somewhere under there.
Least of my worries at the moment though.
Replaced the oil pressure switch this afternoon. What a right royal pain in the *** job that is!!!
I have aircon which made it doubly worse.
Managed to get it all out and back in in about 4 hours. I have run the engine and can't see any leaks so far, but I can't drive the car as there's hardly any power steering fluid left in the res, plus the damn bleed valve on the matrix hose broke off when trying to undo it! Top came off but it's still plugged up.
Will have to bleed the coolant system the old way.
Tell you what though, the aircon stuff is pretty freaky, had dodgy luminous green Springfield Power Station-esque fluid all over me....Comment

It might be worth topping it up first. It might be OK, or it might not? Would you drive with an engine empty of oil (if you knew it was empty)sigpic
