Rs2 Em Ebay

Hi people

Spotted this on the bay. I've tried translating the text but not sure why the seller has done all the welding? Has this been done to 'strengthen' the EM to eliminate cracking or is it a repair job? Has anyone seen or done this before and what are you thoughts?

Cracked and then repaired, doesn't look too tidy a job but then if it works

i may have an RS2 EM in a couple of months or so availble.I have no idea if it is cracked though,it is still on the car
