  • Wagner intake: what’s my problem

I’m not sure what my issue is here, and I haven’t found anyone discussion about issues with the hydraulic pump feed hose. Anyone have any knowledge to share?

Any chance you have an image of the relocation available? Wagner indicated I need to handle this on my own, and I’d prefer not to reinvent the wheel on this one if possible

The kit I had for ABY had a shorter tensioner bracket and a shorter belt as Henkjan says. This moves the hydraulic pump down 10mm or so. Surprised Wagner can't supply details of the bracket or the belt required.

I think I might have a tensioner bracket spare. I have the Wagner inlet but electric steering, didn't need to use the bracket.

              -That would be excellent!
the Wagner rep I spoke with was a guy from California. Initially his people said I need to handle it on my own, but I followed up noting a few folks had obtained them from Wagner. He said he was going to check with Wagner.de (Carsten, no?).
Anyway, Wagner isn’t definitely out of the picture, but I was looking for quick options in the meantime. We have a stateside NoWo show coming up next week in Michigan, was hoping to make it.

I definitely have the shorter Wagner adjuster bracket spare as I modded the pump bracket instead.

Interesting, i did pick up the evo 2 kit; maybe it’s in there, the thing is on the AAN it’s full serpentine and I see the ABY appears to be a combination.

i dont know the history but i think the wagner set was build for the s2 and not the s4/s6. so maby that is why wagner does not offer support. on the s2 its not so plug and play for the money it costs.
