Throttle body adapter to turn it, where can i find it ?

Hi

I think have seen some kind of adapter for throttle body as it can be turned ? Something like that on the attached picture. I can not close my bonnet.

Can some of you tell me where i can buy one ?

I converted my ABY to DBW recently, and used the TB adapter in the link.

It bolts straight onto the ABY intake, and to this I mounted the Bosch DBW Throttle body 0 280 750 003. All fits in place in the factory location, so didn't need to go down the route of a full AAN intake setup. Pic attached.
