  • What is this?

    Hi all been gone a while but back now.

    Can anyone help with what this is?

        Yeah sorry about picture quality,

        its some sort of 1 way vacuum valve (i think) connected in the middle of a t-junction of at the very back of the engine bay (sorry not too technical)

        the bottom vac hose of the T-jucntion goes off behind the coolant resevoir.

        Only internet access at work so can't upload my own picture!

          Taffy i think.... its the carbon canister valve the N80.

            Cheers for the reply Tel, but just searched on that through the forum and saw some pictures and the thing I'm looking at is not powered, just a valve (of sorts) on a t-joint in some material coated 5 mill (ish) hoses.

            Have a picture on my phone am sure can figure out a way to get it on here...

                Its just a air fillter afaik, i think it runs to the atmosphire pressure sensor.
