  • BN-PIPES Coupe exhaust

I just received the center silencer and back box from Bn-pipes.de for the coupe. It usually comes with a "y" piece to fit the Cat exits, but I got it modified without it to Match Marco's downpipe.
So hopefully soon I will have a complete 70mm system with a single cat.
    Here are some pictures:

    Cheers,
    Rafael.

P.D. Marco please help me with an easy way to adapt this to your system.

Rafael, I think you'll not have any problem at all.
You'll just need to find a local Company that can weld from downpipe exit a straight piece of 70mm SS tubing together with the cat-converter. Easy job, really.
Sport cat convertersusually come with conical entryes and exits so that you can match tubing size just by cutting the cones on the right place.
I will recommend you make them fit a clamp type entry (or any other removable junktion) from downpipe to cat converter and another one from it to the Bn system. Any company that works with exhaust systems will know how to do that.

I wonder how your noise levels will change. Please keep us informed when you have fitted the system.

                    Nice product

                        bn pipes

I heard the bn pipes on 2 Ur-Q. One was a 10V and the other 20V. Both without cat. The sound is heavy, nice but not annoying at all.
When my exhaust is over I might get those for mine but leaving the cats in place.

Is still on the box. Waiting for CAT and other bits.
It will still be out for some time as I will be doing all the RS2 conversion together with the exhaust.
