  • 3 inch downpipes

Guys have people got pictures of their 3" downpipes from various different companies?

Also what type of price have people paid?

I know MIJ performance can do one for £325 but looking for comparitive prices and work.

I've had my downpipe measured and it's 2.75" which means it will need upgrading at the time of GT30R install

I'll be looking for true 3" downpipe not one with a transition from 2.5 then 3 on the inlet as the GT has a 4 bolt 3" outlet.

I have one from 034 motorsport. Not recommended for Garret turbo's on S2's as it hits the subframe when using RS2 or Wagner EM.
Had to work on subframe and downpipe to make it fit.

£325 sounds like a good price. I was quoted between £600 and £700 for 3" DP with sports cat and connecting pipe to the Milltek rear sections.

That one isn't made of stainless steel is it?
Ive been told it's only Zink-sprayed.

This one however is stainless, AFAIK, and is only 400sek (£25-30?) more.

If anyone knows better, feel free to correct me as i am to looking for a DP.

If it works for you it should work for us too

But I have a vague memory of them selling your 3" DP for 1500sek a while ago.
Perhaps it was a introduction price, to attract buyers.

They look decent but aren't true 3" which I need as there is a transition in size because of the K26 flange.

Keep them coming though. Be interested to know which companies people have used in the U.K

Oh or a Marco 3" downpipe

When I eventually get to Milltek I'll see if they can help. I've been dealing with a chap called Charly and he's certainly interested in the application...

JP Exhausts in Macclesfield did my downpipe for less than £200. I'm sure the'll love to do another. Full system was only to be about £300 too!
