Is there any reason why the short black hoses that connect the ends of the steel pipe to the FPR and IM are so substantial? They seem really thick and stiff (ooeer matron )
Can I replace these with silicon vacuum tube as all they seem to do is take pressure from the IM?
I replaced mine with ID4mm SFS silicon hose and really I need something more substantial. The silicon bends too much and it can be pinched off unless the metal pipe is a perfect fit, which its not.
