Am I missing a heat shield?

Below is a pic of my (not so good) decat. I was looking at it today and wondering if I was missing a heat shield. There seems to be more on the drivers side than the passenger side.

Any ideas

My ABY has one shield in that place.

P.S. My picture was taken "front to behind" and not back to front like yours, so bits seem inverted
