Downpipe on ebay

I've found a downpipe on ebay.de, but i'm not sure its a good quality. someone who can confirm that?

It looks OK apart from the wast gate pipe returning into the main pipe , looks to be feeding back in at 90 deg, would upset flow a little but that's just me being fussy really .

looks like the one that was in de GB last year, with a bend less though
