Looking at it the welds on the inside are for finish and structure not for sealing. So that pin prick is not the be all end all on that merge point. Well spotted though

There is not too much space to angle the wastegate outlet for optimal flow. Almost all manifolds has it like that, ~90 degree angle to the turbo flange, and they seems to work great.
Awesome looking manifold!

Wastegate take of wants to either be at 90 degrees to the flow or aiming slightly against the flow. Otherwise the exhaust flow on high boost will blow the wastegate open causing unstable boost control on a large diameter wastegate. Not as much an issue on small diameter ones that are internal to turbo's so there you gain in having it follow the stream of flow.
Look again it's not 90 degree angle it's less more like 70-75
I don't agree with they should be angle line that JP if you have upper chamber control on the wg it should open
Compared to the turbo flange it is close to 90 degrees.

It is at 90 degrees to the turbo flange yes, like the manifold at the top of the page and from the pictures about the same as Repo's. Nortech will make them anyway you want so its not an issue.
