Bigger Intercooler for RS2

Hallo,

Sorry i open a new thread but i could not get an answer at an old thread! I am needing a new intercooler for my RS2, i want it to be big enough for 550 BHP but i want to used it at the start with the stock IM and later change to a Short IM! Also for the start with a custom Crossmember or something like it! Can you please help me out?

Is something like this possible??

Try ebay, there is usually quite a few on there from japan and australia etc, thats where i got mine.

Who made the Crossmember for you? Can you please send me a foto? What was needed to modify??

Can This intercooler fit with The Secondary radiator in place and the RS2 front Bumper?

Yes, Doug as made it fit with the RS2 bumper.
It will work with the aux rad and air con too

What am i on about, no it wont work with the aux rad in place if you still have the stock inlet manifold. (your pipework will need to go where the aux rad is)
But if you have a reversed inlet manifold (mtm/dahlback etc) it will work.
