What size are the pipes under car for fuel?
8mm?
Mrs has just run over a box of my school books n ripped the fuel pipe!
Car only passed mot yesterday after brake pipes n bushes!
On my v6 ABC coupe I managed to repair successfully with hose and clamps quite cheaply if you cant get access to the correct part which were quite costly if I remember at around £70 front to back each.
Broken right under the shielding by the bulkhead
Covered in rust n dirt so no wonder really
My cheapo mechanic fixing tomoz
Worth £20 for him lie in the snow n ice instead of me!
Keep in mind that the middle line is only for the carbon canister or whatever it is called, so not worth poncing about with.
If it is gone at the bulkhead you'll probably struggle to work without breaking it further down the line at each and every clamping area, where it it will be rotten inside the rubber boots.
