  • Wagner RS2 EVO EM Fitting

I've already got this on the car, so the title is a little misleading but I'm struggling to remember how many of the studs need to be the short RS2 items? It's about half of them IIRC.

Looking to fit new studs and nuts when I do the engine rebuild.

are you using proper Audi ones or do you want an alternative option....

It's the underneath studs that need to be short about 3-4 of them

Some of the upper ones on the Wagner need to be shorter too.

            Aftermarket would be good thanks

I am sure I have posted that diagram before. I know it is in this exhaust post (below) and I know I have posted it up (as a link) before. I *THOUGHT* I had converted the post from kawf to vBulletin and posted it here directly but apparently not. My bad.

sorry Andy I've just realised your going for the RS2 and not the SQ manifold....

I can point you in the direction of what I used....not Audi...

I remember having to shorten more for the wagner manifold than the RS2 manifold needed. If starting with a rebuilt head i would change all the studs to RS2 ones, looks better when they are all the same length.
