I really like that Miltek. Anyone have a link so I can see about ordering one?
Folks here in the U.S. are telling me I need a 3" exhaust for the 300hp I want to run.
              What size is the Miltek?
Do you use stock cats with the Miltek and still get good results?
When removing the cats, do you still run 2 into 1 pipes?

Sorry for all the questions. S2 newbie here...

The folks in the US are telling you BS Dave, a 2.5" exhaust is good enough for 330-350 HP, and I know what I'm talking about... just ask Glen Chamberlain who's got 346 HP running just an RS2 turbo and nothing else but a suitable remap....

                Cheers,

                  Hey Mihnea,

What would be the effect of running 2 separate pipes off each cat right to the back box and out - any improvement etc?? just be interested.

I think mine is running 2.5 of the cats into a 3in single to the back box but it's not a Miltek

                  Cheers,

                  David

                    Mihnea,
So I can run 2.5" from the turbo to the back in a single pipe if I don't run cats?
If I run cats, I sould split into two? Maybe I could run 3" from the turbo to the 3" cat then reduce to 2.5" from there...

                      No good that way, Dave.
You'll make exhaust gasses expand and slow down after the turbo in the 3" pipe and then recompress and accelerate after the cat. This will increase back pressure.
If you run a k24 turbine keep the original downpipe till before it splits, then use a racing 100/150 cells per square inch cat converter and the 2.5" pipe all the way to the muffler.
For bigger turbos 3" turbo back will reduce lag and allow better flow on high loads and rpms (3" pipe will already work great with an RS2 turbo).
