To wrap or not to wrap.

So I have a tubular manifold for my coupe (7a oem) I have been trying to find the standard heat shields for quite a while but with no luck. Is it a good idea to wrap these manifolds as I have read plenty of conflicting reports, or should I make my own heat sheild? Also what difference will I see between cast and tubular manifolds?

You have not been observant or looking hard enough for the Tubular manifold heat shield.You bought my 7A injectors....remember? I was breaking my 90 20V last year.Anyway i have what you want.Pm me if you want it.

The tubular manifold flows exhaust gases much better then the cast manifold.
