i have an RS2 gear gaitor to fit, so could someone explain how to remove the S2 gear gaitor, i thought you removed the ashtray and then one 13mm nut, but i cant see a nut or how to remove the ashtray.

    Tim,
Take off the little square cover just in front of the handbrake lever, the bolt to remove gear gaiter is behind there.
The cover just pulls off by getting your finger nail behind it, spring clip holding it on.

To change the gearshift gaitor you need to remove the square plastic cover just in front of the handbrake.

Behind that there is a recessed hole with a phillips screw in it. It's nearest the drivers side. Once you've undone that just pull up the gear gaitor and it will unclip.
