Some good news – some bad news…

Ill start with the good news.

The gauge faces are going to start production in the next day or two.

So we should have them by middle of next month.

…


Now the bed news.

Not sure if we can sort out the S2 Logo on the rev counter ….. I am very diserpointed with this myself and don’t really understand why they cant do it.

I hope that I have just missunderstod them (Easyely done).

It should be no problem to have that logo as the other ones have it.

Any way im waiting for them to get back to me with a sample of the gauge face in MPH with extension to 180.

Bummer, I hope there is the logo as the ones they were advertising did have them on. Just send them an email with a pic from their ebay selling page and ask if that is what they will look like when done with the logo. Might spur an understandable reply.

Yeh i know, Its well annoying. I will email them again with A pick like you suggested Aaron. and making it clear that we want the S2 Logo on the Rev counter...

Im going to wait for there sample of the MPH face first though. then ill post it on here an everyone can give there verdict...

To find the Audi gauges follow these steps:

Click on Interieur (Center icon)
Hover over Interieur again (Center Right side of screen) then move over plasmas and then click on Galerie.

Then lick on Audi.

To follow is some pics of the Audi gauges faces they replicate in plasma style.

As you can see, the S2 logo is blanked on each of the images ???? - must be something to do with copy right...



Dont worry boys! if these people form 24racingde wont do them for us then ill go straight to the source.

You'll probably find they have had legal issues and now don't use logo's

anyone thought about the board computer, suppose that will still be the old orange colour, not sure how that will look with the new blue.

noticed in the pics, that the computer is allways off, probably not to mix up the "design" look

Yes. That's what i thought too. But then why did they offer me the logo if we buy 50 sets.

1. aus Markenrechtlichen Gründen ist eine Fertigung der Plasmascheiben mit S2 Logo normalerweise nicht möglich!
Plasmascheiben die wir noch am Lager haben sind Restbetände die sich im Abferkauf befinden.
Wir würden wenn sie es wünschen die Plasmascheiben mit S2 Logo fertigen, dann allerdings in einer einmaligen Auflage von 50 Stück, die wir nur für sie fertigen würden. Abnahmemenge für sie wäre dann 50 Set.

Wir fertigen die Plasmascheiben mit Innoparts Logo und eine Bestellung von 20 Stk. ist dann auch möglich.

Sobald wir wissen wir die Scheiben aussehen sollen gehen diese in Produktion.

Basically they are saying that they cant do the logo due to copyright but still have some left in the warehouse. I asked them about these but they were not up for selling them with out the matching KMH speedos witch makes sense.

They are however offering to make them again if i agree to buy 50 sets in bulk buy....

That would work out at 7000 euro... a little out of my price range atm...

I have to say though, they do look lush. and seem to be pretty high quality too.
