Rings and Alcantara

Decided to go the route of updating the interior a little. Added som rings and alcantara to the heater control panel. Was quite a simple job. Plan to do the same to the Aux gauge panel when i get new gauges and also to the door inserts (usually black carbon or wood) but with alcantara like Doug has done. Its lovely stuff and feeeels great

where did you get the idea?

why do you need new gauges? just rub off the black silicone on the rings and there you have the chrom look.

when i said new gauges, i meant new style, to match the boost gauge

thats if i can get them to work with the current senders on the engine

where did you get the rings from for the aux gauges
what idea have you in mind any pics of the new gauges

i got the rings for the heaters off ebay.

The new gauges i want are revotec, same as the boost. this is what they will look like.




volts and oil temp as an idea, all 3 would be electrical and not mechanical so i hope i can just attach the current loom to the new gauges.
