attention-anyone whos fitted recaros?

I ordered an audi 80/90/100 seat frame for my new recaro iaw this post http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthr...ht=recaro+seat but it doesnt fit, its not wide enough to slide into the runners, and im sure that they are meant to, anyone know if there are s2 frames rather than 80/90 frames?

My mistake...this frame should not need any modificaitons at all....

Must be the wrong frame?

Im thinking of another type pf seat most likely.

don't really want to hack it up if its the wrong frame as i cant return them then. It was brand new direct from recaro, trendline with frame for audi 80/90 as that guy said it would fit in the post that i have put the link in, he has not mentioned getting the frames adhusted

Its more likely you have the wrong frame as they definately do one for the 80/avant/saloon/coupe. this would not require any welding or fabrication. i did have the part number somewhere which i will try and find for you.

Or you could pm or post to Greg 9forum admin) as he seems to be selling a recaro and s2 subframe at the minute....
so he may know the PN etc??
