Ilumination problems

My push switches, Ie fog lights, heated window, heated seats seem to be a bit up the creak! The fog lights work, middle three light up but the outer 2 on each side seem to do nothing. Just brought new heated seat switches but they are no good, still nothing!!!!

Any ideas would be grate

Also i found a wire the other day it looked really astray.... part number 893 971 734.c my etka cant find it

The outer lights on mine are all out, is this a fuse problem??? or is it to do with this wire i found lurking in space part number 893 971 734.c
Any help would be really cool
