Dashboard Gauges

I hope that someone can help.
My dashboard is suffering from the paint starting to curl off of the original dash display and now this is jamming the speedo needle( a bit of a problem at 100mph when the gauge shows 70mph).
Does anyone know of aftermarket guages or something, I have already dismantled the dash once to solve this problem but it doesn't look that good when the paint has flaked off
