Calling LHD RS2 with three spoke airbag owner

If you have such a vehicle, I am at my wits end trying to get the correct cowl for my steering wheel.

I have orderd a pair from what can be made out on ekta, just arrived ,,, nothing like what i need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The one i need looks the same as this:


Part numbers are the key to me ordering the right pair.

The numbers are on the inside of the cowl, cowl should come off without taking wheel off.
Any help much appriciated!

Rob, it's Steve. Might be a bit long winded but how about trying to get in touch with that company, (I think in Switzerland )Totsteile.
After going on the site, looks like they know rs2's inside out.
Maybe an email Address, and help from Ian with the German.
Possibly make contact with them, send picture you posted of part, and ask for part numbers.
What about Vagparts? If they can't, they might point you in right direction.
Hope I'm not showing my naivety, just trying to come up with some ideas.
Anybody on the forum have contact details for Totsteile?

You need to use the air bag ring of the four spoke wheel, then no need to change any thing, about 1.5 hours work

Jade i have had a look at what you suggested... i could not see how this could be done,, the four spoke ring is not even close to fitting to the three spoke,,

Have you any pictures?
