How do I get the front seats out?

I have a 1990 CQ with power and heated seats, and I've been looking around trying to figure out how to take them out, but I'm drawing a blank. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Ben

its one bolt under the front and then you slide them back out of the runners easy.

There are a couple bolts under the plastic covers at the front of the seat. The plastic covers slide off in the direction of the front of the car. It’s easiest to rise up the seat fully and unplug everything. With the front bolts gone the seat can be pulled forward. The rear sliders built into the side of the floor pan and trans tunnel are a pain. You have to wiggle them side-to-side and then when you get them almost out, the rail built into the trans tunnel becomes a pain. Its fairly straight forward, just a lot effort. Make sure you elevate the backrest up as close to horizontal before you unplug it so that it fits through the door easier.

      Hope this helps
