uR quattro front seat not tilting forward

Progress of sorts. Thanks to Newsh’s help last night I have located the tangs. I resisted the temptation to immediately bend them to release the bottom of the backrest cover until I was sure it was going to be released. On the left side it looks to fit around the hinge but on the right hand side it is under the rake adjustment knob.
So next question is how does it come off?
Does the centre pop out to reveal a screw?
