Drivers Door Trim Removal

Help Please
The electric window on the drivers side has stpped working! I heard a snapping noise and then just a motor noise, window in open position, but will stay up if manually pulled up.
My question is, how does the interior trim come off to gain access to the motor assembly etc.?
Any pointers would be appreciated. Car is a 91 3B Coupe.

I did this one recently, was an Avant though, it's actually simpler than I expected!

The guide linked to looks good, just to mention that you need to pull the door card UP and off once all the screws are out. I was first trying to pull it out and up and snapped some of the tabs that hold it to the door... fortunately, Loctite superglue really does what it says on the tin
