instrument cluster

I've just purchased a set of these instrument rings and have a question.
I have removed the cluster before (to replace bulbs) and that was pretty straight forward, question is can the clear front screen of the cluster be removed without having to take the whole cluster to pieces (could also do with a good dust inside there)
I'masking this before removing cluster.......lazy or wot??

Don't remove the clear perpex front - it's bonded onto the black plastic and will just break. You have to take your cluster to bits and fit them from the back. Its not too difficult. You might think that the larger of the two rings just won't go through, but they will with just a little bit of persuasion.
I didn't get the square bit with my kit, but I expect it will slip through quite easilly.
Just be careful that you don't get any glue anywhere as you will see it every time you go anywhere and it will bug you silly!

Good luck - it makes the dash look bang up to date IMHO.
