Whats under the Avant rear seats?

Has anybody got a picture of whats under the black cover under the rear seats of the Avant?

    Is there any space there?

And how do you remove the black cover?

It seems to be held in by round plastic holders with 3 holes that I can't move for toffee

There are a set of 3 or 4 narrow metal runners, running the length of the loading area. This, I am reliably informed, is to allow the pall barers to slide the coffin all the way in to the hearse more easily.

I understand that the carpet and seat are replaced when 'stiffs' are not in occupancy, in order to lessen the impact of the car on the unsuspecting public

The cover in question is the access to the fuel pump in the tank .it is held by 3 screws star head and they will be solid by the way as i had mine off last week

Rear seats, if you fold them foward there's a black matt which is pinned in on the corners.

On the Coupe it would be where some ECU's and battery would be on an ABY

Basically I need to know whats under there and how much space there is.

                            jamo,
there is the rear diff ecu and cables of the battery which is located in the rear trunk. There is no room for anything to fit.On some cases the abs ECU was located there, but on others the abs ecu is located in the rear trunk along with the battery
