Removing middle air vent

I'm putting in my boost gauge today and was woundering how the hell to remove the middle air vent without braking anything?

Any tip would be great cheer Lee

took mine out with a pair of long nose pliers and a cloth. grip the middle vertical at the top then the bottom pops out no problem

turn the vent fully to one side or the other, and pull on the top corner, it will unclip from the top fixing, carefully straighten the vent and pull the top straight out, will come out unclipping the bottom as it comes.....
you can be a little more brutal than you think, and this will notmark anything as its only your fingers doing the work...
