Probably best trying to get one from a RS2 as it would be easier as iirc the RHD one's won't fit due to shape.Comment

You could try any of the European members, and possibly German ebay, but they are less helpful to posting outside of Germany...
All the European cars (except UK) have what you need, for LHD, and yes, they are different, LHD / RHD
