Wet Carpet!!!

Hi Guys!

I was doing some bits to the S2 today and I noticed that the passenger side carpet was soaking wet! Is this a common thing? Anyone got any idea where it might be coming from?

Could be a number of things.
Maybe blocked drain pipes at your heater matrix.

Iirc this has been talked about before, have a search im sure you'll find the solution on here.

sunroof drains, a missing bulkhead grommet/plug or leaky a-pillar trim are all possibilites too

I have same problem
I have water coming in from behind A pillar trim and dripping out at side of glove box.
Have replaced heater matix gromit (Missing)
Refitted seal at bottom of windscreen (should be on top of plastic trim)
Sealed up A pillar under rivets (Check under door seal)
I did have a blocked sunroof drain (Cleared with wire)
Looking to try and clear rear drains in sunroof if I can get to them
In the mean time ordered one of these
